What You'll Do

• Handle apartment repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Complete service requests and after-hours emergencies
• Maintain property buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Manage supplies, tools, and equipment
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC experience preferred (EPA Type II or Universal preferred)
• Apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experience
• Willingness to take on-call rotations
• Reliable transportation + basic tools
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs
