Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of water and wastewater plant construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, as well as expertise in water treatment processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water/wastewater treatment plant construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, including updates on progress, budget status, and risk management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and updated regularly.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in the water/wastewater sector.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and wastewater management systems.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
