We are actively recruiting a Cloud Administrator for our client in East Tennessee. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will require a hybrid schedule with an onsite presence. This is an excellent opportunity for tech professionals who want to lead secure infrastructure and cloud governance across a dynamic enterprise environment. Must have experience with enterprise cloud tools including Azure and Citrix, multi-cloud architecture, Windows Server, and a strong foundation in infrastructure governance and access control.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud governance and access control across multi-cloud environments
• Architect and manage enterprise-level Azure and AWS subscriptions and billing structures
• Support account provisioning and enforce organization-wide policy standards
• Configure and maintain Citrix environments, including load balancing and web application firewall (WAF) setups
• Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure in hybrid environments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure, scalable infrastructure aligned with compliance and operational goals
• Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and cross-functional support initiatives

• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory within enterprise cloud environments
• Experience with Citrix NetScaler for load balancing and WAF configuration
• Strong understanding of Azure and AWS cloud architecture
• Expertise in Windows Server administration
• Solid foundation in cloud governance, access control, and infrastructure setup
