Our client is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the logistics support team supporting high-volume distribution activities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt quickly, which will align successfully in the organization. FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Rockford, TN
Pay Range: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
What's the Job?
Support picking, packing, auditing, and loading tasks to ensure efficient order fulfillment
Operate and maintain forklift equipment, ensuring safety and certification compliance
Assist with replenishment, cycle counting, receiving, and putaway functions
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve inventory and process issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems preferred
Minimum of 3 material handling experience (e.g., forklift, order picker, tugger, walkie rider)
At least 1 year of experience working in a high-volume distribution or retail environment
Ability to multi-task and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting
