We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Registration Specialist who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking patients in/out
• Obtain patient information and schedule appointments and follow ups as needed
• Input notes into EHR system (NexGen)
• Assist department with various administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Medical office experience preferred
• EHR and NexGen experience preferred
• Schedule flexibility - available some evenings and Saturdays
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
