Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior living environment or equivalent professional experience. Strong leadership skills, a passion for working with seniors, and a proven track record of success in a leadership capacity are essential.
