We are looking to add a full-time Dog Care Manager (35-40 hours per week).

Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

The Dog Stop is seeking an enthusiastic Dog Care Manager to join our team. Candidates should have knowledge of dog behavior and experience in the dog care industry. A positive attitude, outgoing personality, dedication to providing exceptional service, and a love of dogs are essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervising and directing safe and positive play
• Maintaining a clean and healthy environment for guests
• Overseeing staff and canine interactions
• Managing back-of-house operations
• Implementing and training on corporate policies
• Identifying dog play styles and behaviors and responding proactively
• Ensuring guests and their owners feel comfortable and receive the high level of service expected from The Dog Stop
• Contributing to a positive team environment
