We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time 1st Shift Refunds Assistant Team Member. 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Great starting pay at $14.40/hour and up, depending on experience
  • Performance Based Pay Reviews at 6 Months and 18 Months, then every 12 Months thereafter

Responsibilities
  • Receive returns and visually inspect product to determine inventory destination
  • Enter appropriate information for returned items into computer by recording reason for return, date, customer account information, etc.
  • Rework, sort, and count inventory
  • Assist in inventory transfers
Qualifications
  • 30 wpm typing
  • Detail oriented and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and create solutions
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
  • Ability to read and write effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment
  • Visually read reports, computer screen, etc.
  • Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for duration of shift
  • Standing, sitting, or walking for duration of shift
  • Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
  • Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
