You'll coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety and compliance, perform detailed quality inspections, and serve as the key point of contact for clients on-site. Responsibilities: • Assess subcontractor progress against timelines and performance targets to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to the highest possible quality • Minimize injuries and delays on building projects by requiring complete attention to health and safety standards, and report any issues to the project manager when they occur • Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily Qualifications: • At least 5 years of previous experience as a general contractor required, preferably with some additional managerial experience • Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills • Completed training for OSHA 30 license and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles • You will need a high school diploma for this position, and a bachelor's degree is preferred Compensation: $42 - $46 yearly
