We're looking for a Construction Superintendent / Site Manager to oversee deck and outdoor living projects with our team. You'll coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety and compliance, perform detailed quality inspections, and serve as the key point of contact for clients on-site. Responsibilities: • Assess subcontractor progress against timelines and performance targets to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to the highest possible quality • Minimize injuries and delays on building projects by requiring complete attention to health and safety standards, and report any issues to the project manager when they occur • Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily Qualifications: • At least 5 years of previous experience as a general contractor required, preferably with some additional managerial experience • Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills • Completed training for OSHA 30 license and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles • You will need a high school diploma for this position, and a bachelor's degree is preferred Compensation: $42 - $46 yearly
