Provide on-site operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Nobelus Laminator at the HP Graphics Experience Center (GEC) in Atlanta. This role ensures effective demonstrations, supports HP and Nobelus sales efforts, and contributes to customer engagement and lead generation. Duties and responsibilities. Operate and master the Nobelus Laminator End Solutions at the HP GEC. Develop and apply expertise in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Support demonstrations by effectively communicating processes to HP sales representatives, solutions architects, and customers. Run product samples for HP GEC and Nobelus teams as required. Collaborate with HP team at the GEC to coordinate demonstrations and sample production. Provide daily updates in a shared MS Excel log of interactions with HP prospects, customers, and visitors. Share relevant news and action items with Nobelus via email as appropriate. Track qualified leads using Nobeluss qualification template.
