The Integration Project Manager plays a vital role in the seamless integration of newly acquired companies into the Southern Atlantic Region framework. This role leads cross-functional teams through the acquisition process, which includes due diligence and integration planning. This role requires a strategic approach to both pre-acquisition assessment and post-acquisition integration, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with the companys strategic vision, values, and standards. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Partner with key leaders of each acquisition to build relationships and become a trusted advisor to effectively manage the process.
