The Childcare Attendants are stationed in the Childcare area of the Fitness Center, and must always remain there when children are present. Our members entrust us with what is most dear to them, their children. Therefore, we must always strive to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and put the members at ease with placing them in our care. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WHAT YOU WILL DO:Playing and interacting with the children in Childcare (NEVER just sitting and watching them)Never leave the children unattended. You must abide by and always enforce Childcare Rules with no exceptions. Greeting members (introduce yourself if needed)Facilitating check-in and check-out procedures in Childcare. Be vigilant in children arriving and leaving the Childcare and verifying that they are the children of the member that is placing them in the Childcare.
