Maintenance Assistant ($2500 Sign-On Bonus) Full Time, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Paid On-Call Rotation Position Summary: Heavy duty cleaning, grounds care, maintenance of institutional equipment and vehicles; Cutting grass, fertilizing and planting flowers, spraying for insects and disease on flowers and shrubs, weeding, watering, spreading mulch. Requisitions supplies and equipment for use in department activities. Coordinates work of maintenance department with other department functions so as not to interrupt patient care or normal business functions. Inspects all equipment and systems regularly for proper functioning and safety. Prepares and submits reports as directed by the administrator. Able to be on call for emergencies.
