Supervises the installation of pre-fabricated components such as windows, doors, insulation and related products on the customer sites. Responsible for all aspects of Install activities including planning, coordinating and assigning work in order to meet or exceed installation scheduling goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Schedules Installs by coordinating with sales commitments/releases and fabrication loads. Ensures economical delivery options are utilized and optimizes materials handling equipment and delivery vehicles. Monitors installation schedule in order to coordinate the delivery of materials, sequence of installers and optimize use of equipment and manpower; maintains progress against target records for installation activities. Troubleshoots problems on the installation site; writes change orders, recommends adjustments to installation schedule, discusses and resolves quality of work issues with subcontractors as needed.
