The File Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining file organization in the file room. Primary Responsibilities: - Create new case files. - File all incoming correspondence into case files. - Maintains file room, ensuring all hard-copy files are created/filed correctly. - Maintains document destruction calendar of closed case files. - Oversees on-site shredding of documents/files. - Review monthly reports to pull and organize closed case files. - Assist with coverage at receptionist desk.
