Under general direction, provides second/third level end user PC support. Interacts with various levels of IT staff and others outside of IT to restore service and/or identify and correct problems. Coordinates configuration/installation and general troubleshooting of PC hardware and software. Implements hardware and software testing. Directs end user training and documentation. Provides remote PC support and troubleshooting. Provides Assistance and Directions to fellow IT Groups. Provide mentoring to junior staff.
