As a PCA at Northshore Heights, you can expect to....

• Help our Residents remain engaged and enriched mentally, physically, socially and emotionally by providing hands on assistance geared to fit each residents needs

• Assist in personal daily activities such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing, the consumption of meals and ambulation

• Report any changes in physical condition, behavior or appearance to a supervisor

• Engage in opportunities to build trusting relationships as you care and connect with our lovely residents

• Accurately and effectively follow the care plans of each individual resident ensuring all residents are treated with respect and kindness
