Job Type & Schedule

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (no Saturdays)

Work Requirements:

  • Commute Requirement: Must be able to commute to Dandridge, TN

  • Location: On-site role

Position Overview

We are in search of a Ford Senior Master Automotive Technician with deep diagnostic ability and hands-on leadership experience. You'll play a critical role in our shop's performance — handling complex repairs, mentoring team members, and maintaining the high standards our customers expect. What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve high-level issues across all major vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, HVAC, etc.)

  • Execute in-depth inspections and communicate service recommendations clearly

  • Leverage Ford diagnostic systems and repair resources for efficient troubleshooting

  • Maintain detailed service records and accurate documentation in repair orders

  • Coordinate with fellow technicians and service advisors to maintain shop efficiency

  • Train and mentor junior or apprentice techs on best practices and OEM procedures

  • Uphold all safety, environmental, and manufacturer standards in daily work

Qualifications

  • Certified Ford Senior Master Technician (required)

  • 5+ years working in a franchised dealership service department

  • Advanced knowledge of Ford diagnostic tools, systems, and service protocols

  • Capable of handling complex drivability and electrical issues independently

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Strong communicator with excellent time management and team skills

  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
