Logistics Appointment Coordinator

As the Logistics Appointment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless project execution for our basement waterproofing, crawlspace repair, foundation repair, and concrete leveling services. You'll be the backbone of our production team-keeping schedules aligned, customers informed, and projects running smoothly.

What You Would Do
  • Manage appointment scheduling and project coordination while providing top-tier customer service
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth scheduling process
  • Organize and manage installation paperwork and client records with precision
  • Proactively support production teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and error-free
  • Work closely with leadership to enhance processes and drive operational excellence
Qualifications

What You Bring to This Role
  • Experience in logistics, administration, and customer service
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of appointment scheduling experience
  • 18years of age or older
Pay
  • $16 per hour
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
