Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Construction Laborers for projects located in and around Knoxville, TN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
* Operate pressure washers and apply detergents to clean surfaces.
* Safely work at heights up to 80 feet using boom lifts.
* Rotate between lift work and ground duties, including:
* Managing detergent refills
* Flagging for safety
* Equipment loading and tool maintenance
* Follow all site safety procedures and crew instructions.
Requirements:
* Verified boom lift experience (required for in-person interview and eligibility).
* Must be comfortable working at heights.
* Physically able to perform labor-intensive work.
* Reliable, safety-minded, and a team player.
* Experience in pressure washing is a plus, but training will be provided.
