What is the job? The Business Project Manager is the producer of our Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, and Timekeeping feature - orchestrating everything from pre-production planning to the final cut. With a spotlight on the Theater Support Office and theatre operations, this role ensures the solution hits every mark: complex scheduling, hourly workforce management, and compliance across the US, UK, and Eastern European box offices. Directing a cast of vendors, stakeholders, and ERP collaborators, the Project Manager keeps the project on budget, on schedule, and ready for opening night - all while contributing to the bigger franchise of strategic growth.
