What is the job? As Oracle Integrations Manager, you'll play a starring role in Regal's global transformation program. Much like a director keeping every scene in sync, you'll ensure our Oracle systems run seamlessly across the enterprise. What will you be doing? Design, build, and oversee integrations between Oracle Cloud and external apps (POS, HR, Finance). Ensure governance, compliance, and security across all integrations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance post-go-live. Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver integration solutions. Mentor staff and strengthen long-term integration capabilities. About you 8 years of enterprise integration experience, 5 years in Oracle Cloud. Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and middleware tools. Experience with financial integrations, SQL Server, and POS systems.
