What We're Looking For:

• Experience in light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic tools required - power tools a plus!
• Reliable transportation + can lift 40-50 lbs

🔧 Preferred Qualifications :

• 1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience
• CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification (a PLUS, not required)
• Familiarity with work orders and unit turns
