What is the job? The Oracle P&C Functional Lead is the script supervisor and creative consultant behind Regal's Global People & Culture transformation. Acting as the design authority, this role ensures our Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll storyline is consistent, scalable, and compliant - while still delivering local box office hits across the US, UK, and Central Europe. From Core HR to Learning, Payroll to Succession Planning, you'll orchestrate modules like a cinematic universe, aligning them into one seamless, global franchise that supports Regal's theatre workforce.
