LaMoine Christian Service Camp is focused on providing a Christian camping environment that challenges youth and adults to love and serve Christ. Our goal is to provide enriching experiences through diverse programming aimed to nurture faith and community through our year-round activities, fostering a welcoming environment for campers, staff, and volunteers alike.
LCSC is hiring a full-time Program Manager. This person will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities: ● Oversee and manage the programming staff to ensure the smooth execution of all camp activities including both summer camp programming and off-season rentals. ● Collaborate with volunteer deans to develop and implement engaging camp programming and events. ● Evaluate and improve camp programs based on feedback and best practices. ● Assist in recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteer faculty for various programs. ● Other Duties as needed and according to giftedness: ● Work alongside other staff members to ensure smooth operation of camp programming. I.e. Food Service Manager, Office Manager, Hospitality Manager. ● Reports directly to the Camp Director.
