Job Description

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project execution, including schedule, budget, technical quality, invoicing, accounts receivable, client satisfaction, deliverable output, and project closeout. Sr. Project Managers must be adept at leading teams, good listeners, organizers, communicators, and managers. They must understand the client and their needs, and be conversant with discipline leads and partners on the project. They must be able to track the project execution against the requirements and be capable of making adjustments as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ten years' experience producing projects, including at least five years managing projects. The level of experience is determined by the nature and complexity of projects managed.
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, construction management, or a related technical degree.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
