What is the job?

As Oracle Integrations Manager, you'll play a starring role in Regal's global transformation program. Much like a director keeping every scene in sync, you'll ensure our Oracle systems run seamlessly across the enterprise.

What will you be doing?

• Design, build, and oversee integrations between Oracle Cloud and external apps (POS, HR, Finance).
• Ensure governance, compliance, and security across all integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance post–go-live.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Mentor staff and strengthen long-term integration capabilities.

About You

• 8+ years of enterprise integration experience, 5+ years in Oracle Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and middleware tools.
• Experience with financial integrations, SQL Server, and POS systems.
• Knowledge of governance, SOX compliance, and security frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
