Job Description: We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and collaborative Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing & Communications to lead the planning, execution, and performance optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns. This role will be instrumental in elevating our brand, generating demand, reinforcing thought leadership, and driving cost-effective marketing decisions rooted in measurable impact.
The Sr. Manager will manage a Social Media Manager and oversee our external PR agency, ensuring cohesive messaging and consistent execution across all communications channels. This individual will define and monitor KPIs across all programs, evaluate performance regularly, and make recommendations to pause, pivot, or scale initiatives based on results. Cross-functional collaboration with executives, channel leads, and Internal Communications will be essential to align messaging and maximize marketing ROI.
