Job Summary

Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay is looking for highly-motivated and fun-loving individuals with the ability to engage with customers. Job Duties

Greet customers with a hearty "Ahoy!" upon arrival

Create a safe and fun atmosphere

Provide a positive customer service experience to all customers

Maintains daily business operations by following policies and procedures

Provides pricing information by answering questions

Processes transactions

Maintains a working knowledge of products in order to answer customer questions

Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Strong team player

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to hold a friendly conversation

Able and willing to work flexible schedules

Previous tourism/entertainment experience a plus
