Your role will be to create remarkable in-store experiences, guiding customers in their journey toward better rest. Utilize digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to put customers at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with customers by centering their experience.
• Offer expert technical and product knowledge, ensuring customers feel informed and confident in their choices.
• Drive performance metrics through demonstrated company values and commitment to service excellence.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships before and after purchase, including managing any issues and providing delivery reminders.
• Stay informed on competitor offerings, advertisements, and industry trends.
• Utilize social media to enhance brand awareness and boost sales.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation: The competitive pay range is $48,000-$61,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may apply for eligible roles.
