Remotec is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team of diverse, qualified individuals. The Manufacturing Engineer works at the Remotec Facility in Clinton, TN. The Clinton facility manufactures Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) robotic equipment. Our Manufacturing Engineer performs a variety of engineering related duties in the manufacturing and industrial engineering disciplines. Ability to use advanced theory, mathematical, scientific, or engineering principles to solve problems, conduct testing, prepare documentation, create applications, or devices in the completion of their work. Assist in design and development of systems, testing, and validation of solutions for assembly of items. Specific tasks include: Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices. Lead 5 S implementation as well as identify, design, and execute specific Kaizen events that drive continuous improvement.
