Exercises independent discretion in handling complex and/or high exposure commercial liability claims and commercial litigation. The successful candidate must reside in the state of TN, specifically Knoxville, TN or Eastern TN. The successful candidate will handle commercial general liability losses in Eastern TN. The successful candidate will handle some commercial general liability litigation matters. This a remote work from home position. A company vehicle will be provided. The successful candidate must be will to travel for field inspections of commercial liability losses, litigation proceedings (mediations, trials, etc.), and required training/meetings. The successful candidate will have an adjusters license required for KY at the time of hire or within 45 days if external and 90 days if an internal hire.
