You will be responsible for the management of personnel and construction of related projects across metal framing, drywall installation, acoustical ceilings Responsibilities: Assign daily tasks for work to be performed Direct and lead the work of personnel Evaluate personnel and safety requirements Ensure deadlines and cost budgets are met Maintain required project documentation Be a working foreman that will be required to personally perform tasks as the project allows. Qualifications: Previous experience in the interior finish construction trade Strong project management skills Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities Company Description We are an interior finish company whose work ranges from structural metal stud framing to interior buildouts, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting.
