Job Details

Essential Job Functions:

• Efficiently stock all merchandise in the designated locations as per management's shelf allocation guidelines.
• Deliver excellent and friendly service to customers at all times.
• Return misplaced items to their rightful spots.
• Assist in unloading delivery trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping all areas of the store.
• Verify the shelf pricing of each item to ensure accuracy.
• Keep the stockroom organized and tidy.
• Properly dispose of all trash.
• Rotate merchandise during stocking to maintain freshness and quality.
• Neatly clean and organize shelves.
• Responsible for attaching shelf tags as needed.
• Organize and stack products in the stockroom.
• Bale all cardboard boxes for recycling.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous stocking experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Must be able to meet the standard physical, mental, and visual demands of the role.
• Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact with various individuals daily.
• Must be available to work scheduled shifts and adhere to company attendance policies.
