Data entry Answer telephones to provide information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Process receiving paperwork, File & Track PO's and collaborate with Accounts Payable on receiving and POs as needed. Administrative functions and backup data entry as required by Management. Operate office equipment such as fax machines, scanners & copiers, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. Support and participate in the organization's continuous improvement program and product training courses. Any other duties as assigned.
