Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Construction Laborers f or projects located in and around Knoxville, TN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $22/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Construction Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to launch your career!

Job Scope:

• Operate pressure washers and apply detergents to clean surfaces.

• Safely work at heights up to 80 feet using boom lifts.

• Rotate between lift work and ground duties, including:

• Managing detergent refills

• Flagging for safety

• Equipment loading and tool maintenance

• Follow all site safety procedures and crew instructions.

Requirements:

• Verified boom lift experience (required for in-person interview and eligibility).

• Must be comfortable working at heights.

• Physically able to perform labor-intensive work.

• Reliable, safety-minded, and a team player.

• Experience in pressure washing is a plus, but training will be provided.
