Insight Global is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the team of a global medical device manufacturing company in the Powell, TN area. In this role, they will collaborate closely with end users, configuring and implementing software solutions to optimize process management within the JD Edwards ERP system. Key responsibilities include:
- Process Design and Implementation: design and prepare new processes, aligning them with desired outcomes and business objectives. Recommendations will include detailed software and hardware specifications tailored to specific system needs.
- User Training: training end-users on processes and system applications, empowering them to utilize the software effectively.
- Integrated Testing: Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and scripts, validating the design and identifying areas for improvement.
