Description:

As an Application Customer Support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential support for six key products. You'll interface internally with a supportive team application specialists and your direct manager, and externally with a diverse range of customers, from end-users to IT professionals. Serve as a vital liaison between customers and Trimble, providing enterprise-level support for products and services. Answer customer inquiries through various channels, including phone support (50%), email, chat, and screensharing. Resolve issues, coordinate escalation procedures, and contribute to the delivery of support, training, and other related processes. Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure the effective use of applications.
