General Contractor with a 20 year history in ground up commercial construction is looking for a Project Manager who has worked on retail, office, medical and general commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Writing scopes and executing buyout with each of the trades
• Creating and managing the project schedule and budget
• Providing daily and weekly reports on the project progress
• Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a construction related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a PM working on commercial ground up projects
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
