RESPONSIBILITIES - Contact with clients, carrier and TPA claims adjusters, internal customers, and vendors on regular basis to serve as advocate, liaison, mediator, resource & problem solver. Prepare, coordinate & present Claim Reviews, Risk Analysis, Status Spreadsheets and other Claim meetings as requested.
