Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative in upper East Tennessee. The Territory will be Bristol, Irwin, Kingsport and Greenville. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, developing new business opportunities, delivering sales presentations, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication of product features, benefits, and value propositions. This job is calling on upper East Tennessee including Bristol, Kingsport and Greeneville. To be successful at this position you will need to be high energy, self motivated, and like building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers in the territory

• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations

Qualifications

• Sales Presentations and Communication skills


• Proven track record in Relationship Building and Customer Service


• Experience in New Business Development


• Ability to manage a sales territory effectively and efficiently


• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills


• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred


• Experience in industrial distribution, automotive, or manufacturing industries a plus


• Experience with CRM software a plus
