What Responsibilities Will You Have?

  • Answering inquiries about order status
  • Assisting customers with loyalty program questions
  • Troubleshooting order-related issues
  • Providing product recommendations and answering questions
  • Processing new and volume orders
  • Managing returns, replacements, and order modifications
  • Offering knowledgeable support on sports and outdoor activities
  • Delivering outstanding customer service with professionalism

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A strong interest in sports and outdoor activities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous customer service experience or a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism
  • Self-motivation and effective time management skills
  • Empathy and solid problem-solving abilities

Additional Information:

  • This is a seasonal opportunity with part-time hours that can be adjusted to your schedule
  • There may be unpaid training and certification required before you start earning
  • Training duration varies from a few days to six weeks, which may include live sessions or self-paced work
  • Service Partners must pay a $19.75 Platform Usage Fee per active Agent each billing cycle
  • All payment rates are negotiated between the Service Partner and Agent, and may differ from Service Partner rates
  • Geographical and time restrictions may apply based on client program needs
  • Minimum service requirements and additional client-specific obligations may be required
