Job Details

The Commissions Analyst's primary duty is to reconcile commission payments from Verizon Wireless with the sales that have been entered into the company's point-of-sale software (RQ). Additional responsibilities include recovering any outstanding payments through discrepancy submissions and responding to employee inquiries. Essential Functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Assist in compiling monthly, company-wide Verizon commissions reports and matching them to market and to RQ. Address and follow up on exceptions between Verizon and RQ. Submit information to the markets by their monthly deadline to ensure timely commissions payment to sales representatives. Communicate with markets and/or reps to determine commissions.
