Decision support representative
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** To maintain claims management systems ensuring data integrity and client parameter requirements; to support internal clients with assigned client portfolio.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE**
+ Partners with team leaders to maintain client parameters in the claims management system including structure, policy, and coding.
+ Analyzes user inquires and provides guidance on documentation and system setup requirements.
+ Provides data analysis for moderately complex meet client specific or program requirements.
+ Triages and assigns incoming requests to multiple decision support services mailboxes; reviews requests and determines appropriate assignment, investigates escalations, and keeps leadership informed of complex issues.
+ Identifies gaps/improvements and collaborates with team members to design and implement appropriate solutions.
+ Communicates actively on progress to involved parties and hands off accurate date to relevant parties for system uploading.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. One (1) year of data reporting or related claims management experience preferred.

Work environment requirements for entry-level opportunities include -
