Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager at Virginia Glass & Mirror Company. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales activities within a specific region. They will set sales targets, analyze data to drive sales growth, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Development skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
• Experience in the glass industry or related field
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager is a plus
