About Your Role :

Our Real Estate Investment Representative / Disposition Agents are the key connectors at Rebuilt. You will manage deals between sellers and investors within our network and with new potential buyers. Through our Emerging Leaders training program, you will develop into a real estate investment expert in your local market. Your responsibilities include :

  1. Developing strategies to sell acquired real estate properties to investors and potential buyers.
  2. Negotiating with investors, evaluating offers, and managing the offer process.
  3. Marketing properties, conducting showings, and engaging potential investors.
  4. Managing the disposition process from start to finish until deal closure.
  5. Building and maintaining relationships with investors and prospects.
  6. Researching current market conditions.

  • Passion for negotiating, deal-making, and sales
  • Previous sales experience in B2B, Real Estate, Auto, or Door-to-Door sales preferred
