What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Consult with business leaders and subject matter experts to assess training needs and recommend solutions


• Partner with various business areas to create and implement learning and development strategies


• Design and develop blended learning solutions across multiple platforms, including e?learning and in?person training


• Deliver engaging training content in various environments and lead Train the Trainer sessions


• Ensure compliance with documentation guidelines and observe programs to ensure effective learning transfer

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 5+ years of experience in training or related fields


• 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred


• Strong facilitation skills in both webinar and classroom training sessions


• Experience in the life insurance, financial services, or employee benefits markets highly desired


• Ability to work autonomously and drive high-impact work through collaboration

• Experience in Group Benefits


• Familiarity with virtual learning environments


• Background in system training


• Curriculum Design / Instructional Design experience


• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
