Construction Manager

What will you be doing?

• As part of Regal's real estate and construction team, you'll:
• Direct the full project lifecycle from concept design through grand opening ensuring each theatre build is delivered on time, on budget, and on point.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, landlords, and contractors to ensure design and construction meet all technical, contractual, and creative requirements.
• Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cinematic quality.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and schedules while maintaining meticulous project documentation and progress reports.
• Oversee site visits, punch lists, warranties, and project closeouts to make sure every Regal location opens ready for showtime.

About you

• You'll shine in this role if you have:
• A degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 13 years of field construction management experience, preferably in commercial projects.
• Excellent project management skills from scheduling to cost control to problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and familiarity with AutoCAD or other construction software.
• Willingness to travel extensively to construction sites because sometimes, the best scenes are shot on location.
