Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the overall guest experience. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate and manage a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability through efficient operations and effective resource management.

Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure high standards are maintained.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.

Prepare and present reports on restaurant performance to management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar management role within the hospitality or food service industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food service operations.

Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
