Job Description
Primary team member for the Fuel Warehouse. Responsible for shipping and receiving parts and dispensers. Keep the facility organized and clean. Maintain inventory counts for items to maintain minimum stock levels. Must be able to work independently.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures
Verify, process, package and ship orders accurately and timely
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
Inspect products for defects and damages
Maintain inventory records
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
Create shipping documents for outgoing and incoming shipments
Operate various warehouse machines (ie forklifts, pallet jacks, etc
Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
Current driver's license - must be able to pass a DMV check
Forklift training certificate or be able to obtain certification
Basic computer skills to include Outlook, Excel, and various shipping systems
Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple tasks successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with different levels of the organization to negotiate, problem solve, and complete tasks
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and within teams in order to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
Excellent customer service skills
General warehouse work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
Able to stoop, bend and reach
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to various weather conditions, temperatures and noises
Able to work evenings, weekends and odd hours as needed
